Directions
Northeast Airport is located between I-95 and Roosevelt Blvd (Route 1) in the
Northeast section of Philadelphia. Below are 3 maps - each one zooming in closer. There
are written directions after the maps.
WE HAVE MOVED! Here is the location of our building once you get to the
airport.
Due to the building being taken over all businesses in the building had to move.
We are temporally in the next building. Go past the our old building (with our
name still on it) and go to the security fence. Pull over to the side to use the
phone. Dial "22" on the phone and this will call our office. We will
then come out to escort you in. If the gate is open you can just drive in to the
first large building past the gate. Via Air's office is on the corner of the
building. There is a banner by our door. This will be a temporary location
until we settle on a more suitable location.
GETTING TO THE AIRPORT
For those familiar with the area:
Take Grant Ave 1 mile east from Roosevelt Blvd. Make a left onto Ashton Rd. This
is the entrance to the airport. Go to the end and bear right. Go past the our
old building (with our name still on it) and go to the security fence. Pull over
to the side to use the phone. Dial "22" on the phone and this will
call our office. We will then come out to escort you in. If the gate is open you
can just drive in to the first large building past the gate. Via Air's office is
on the corner of the building. There is a banner by our door.
From PA Turnpike:
Take exit 28 off the turnpike and then proceed south on Route 1. Route 1 will turn into
the Roosevelt Blvd when it enters the city but is still Route 1. There will be 3 inside
lanes and 3 outside lanes. Stay on the 3 inside lanes on the left. If you miss this there
are cross-overs every once in a while. From the PA Turnpike you will travel 4.5 miles on
Route 1 (Roosevelt Blvd) to Grant Ave. Grant Ave comes in at 9500 Roosevelt Blvd. Turn
Left onto Grant Ave. Travel 1 mile on Grant Ave to Ashton Rd. Turn left onto Ashton Rd.
This is the entrance to the airport. As you travel down the access road you will end at
the main terminal. Turn right at the stop sign. Go past the our old building
(with our name still on it) and go to the security fence. Pull over to the side
to use the phone. Dial "22" on the phone and this will call our

From I-95:
From I-95 take the Academy road exit. This will be north of the Cottman Ave exit
and south of the Woodhaven Road exit. At the second light Academy road continues via the
right fork in the road. From the Academy Road exit travel 1.6 miles up Academy Road. This
will bring you to Grant Ave. There is a Hess and a Texaco gas station on the corners. Turn
left on Grant Ave. Go 3/10 of a mile to the first light. This is Ashton Rd which is the
entrance to the airport. Turn right onto Ashton Rd. As you travel down the access road you
will end at the main terminal. Turn right at the stop sign. Go past the our old

From I-76:
From the Schuylkill Expressway (I-76) take the Roosevelt Extension (Route 1)
North. Take Route 1 North approximately 10.8 miles to Grant Ave. When the road ends as an
expressway and becomes a local road you can take a cross-over to the outside lanes. If you
can pick up house address along the way (or street sign addresses), Grant Ave will come in
at 9500 Roosevelt Blvd (the light after KFC and Wendy's on the right). Turn right onto
Grant Ave. Travel 1 mile on Grant Ave to Ashton Rd. Turn left onto Ashton Rd. This is the
entrance to the airport. As you travel down the access road you will end at the main
